With over 20 years in the industry, they have worked in Asheville, NC, and Florida’s Space Coast and Treasure Coast. Bethany holds broker’s licenses in both Florida and North Carolina, combining her analytical skills and international experience to provide exceptional service. Jens also has a background in real estate where one of his specialties is working with German speaking clients. Together, they offer clients a well-rounded and culturally informed approach to buying and selling homes.

Before real estate, Bethany and Jens spent many years in the student exchange industry, fostering connections across cultures. Jens is originally from Germany, and their daughter, Laura, is from Latvia. Their love of travel and diverse background give them a unique ability to navigate real estate with a global mindset.

Beyond their professional lives, they embrace an active and community-centered lifestyle. Laura is pursuing her passion at trapeze school and works at the Venice Yacht Club. Their home is filled with energy thanks to their two beloved dogs, Tillie and Apollo. They are deeply involved in their community as active members of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, the Venice Area Historical Society, and SRQ Impact 100. With a shared passion for Mid-Century Modern design, they appreciate the timeless aesthetic and architectural charm that aligns with their love of history and style. Bethany is especially passionate about the history and character of Venice, where they have built strong connections and a sense of home.
